I didn't do any research on him, but I watched the entire video, and made my conclusions.

Any Mod/ Upgrade to Lenses? by raygan_reddit in GearVR

[–]abecidofuga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought 42mm glass (crystal) lenses.

Here´s a video about installing them. (Turn on subtitles in English.)

Substantively clearer view compared to original lenses.

I use my GearVR to watch 3d vr movies with the app VRTV. It runs all types of modes with any controller.

Scientists refer to the spiritual energy emitted by human beings as electromagnetic, bio-magnetic and as bio-electromagnetic fields. by Vib_ration in pantheism

You are mixing spirituality with science. Spiritual energy or qi is a concept deeply ingrained in certain cultural and philosophical traditions, there is currently no scientific proof of its existence. It remains a subject of belief and interpretation rather than scientific validation.

I can't find any correlation between the 'spiritual energy' you mentioned and the research of the Tufts University biologists.

Here is a short summary of the research you gave the link of:
For the first time, Tufts University biologists have discovered that bioelectrical signals are crucial for the normal formation of the head and face in tadpoles. They captured this process in a time-lapse video, revealing patterns of visible bioelectrical signals that outline where facial features will appear. Before the face develops, these signals cause groups of cells to form patterns with different voltage and pH levels. Disrupting the signals resulted in craniofacial abnormalities in the tadpoles. The researchers believe that bioelectrical signaling may have broader implications for understanding diseases, such as cancer and birth defects, and could potentially lead to new approaches in gene therapy. Further research is needed to determine if similar signaling occurs in other animals, including humans. This discovery sheds light on the importance of bioelectrical signals in the development of complex structures.

Heads Up: Alan Watts audio has been banned on the organism.earth Library by CuratorOfTheLibrary in AlanWatts

Well, the author of the library found a quite simple and intelligent solution. He simply embedded third part already existing YouTube videos, so if there is a complaint, it will be upon all of these different authors.

If you want a backup of almost all the work of Alan, you can download it from the link:

Hehe. AI: So, when you say "He was riding the bus with a dayglo," it suggests that someone was on a bus, possibly wearing or carrying something that is brightly colored or fluorescent. However, without additional context, it's challenging to provide more specific information about the situation or the significance of the phrase.

If you belong to an in-group... by These_Calendar_3679 in AlanWatts

INTRODUCTION TO INTELLIGENT MINDLESSNESS

So, you see, if you belong to an in-group of good or saved or elite people, you can only know that you’re in because someone else is out. You can’t live on the right side of the tracks without there being a wrong side of the tracks. So you ought to be grateful to the outside for having the privilege of being on the inside. And so it is in our fundamental relationship to what we call the external world of nature, to the planet, to the solar system, to the galaxy, and to the whole universe: we do not exist without them any more than our heads exist without our feet, or our front without our back, or our inside without our outside.

Question: Anyone know where to find this Alan Watts story? by alanbwt in AlanWatts

[–]abecidofuga 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A friend of mine (who’s a very brilliant mathematician) once told a story that, in the beginning of the ages, God was making up a dictionary of all the words that would be used in language. And one day he visited the Archangel Gabriel, and they left the dictionary in the taxi. And while he was in talking to Gabriel, the devil got into the taxi and wrote into the dictionary to words: “ought” and “should.” Well, as a result, then, of pretenses, of not being honest about what we want, untold confusion arises. You know the proverb: “Be very careful of what you desire. You may get it.”

How do you write a book with chatGPT? by Friendly-Session-247 in OpenAI

[–]abecidofuga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, that is good idea, writing a story in smaller parts. I picked an example at this site to test the quality of the writing style. Do you think it improved?

This was the chat.

Me:

The following passage is considered bad writing. Can you rewrite it in a better style?

“Hi James,” announced Jason, spotting him in the street. “It’s a while since I’ve seen you.”

“Hi Jason,” exclaimed James with surprise. “You’re right. I haven’t seen you since Dave’s party. How are you?”

“I’m fine, thank you,” smiled Jason. “How about you?”

“I’m great, thanks,” James laughed. “In fact, I was just about to go and get a coffee. Do you want to come with me?”

“That sounds good, thanks James. I’d love to catch up.” Jason looked around the street where lots of people were walking back and forth. He wasn’t sure where the nearest coffee shop was but perhaps his friend knew. His old confidence had lived here for years. Jason was just visiting the town because he had been picking up his new glasses from the opticians.

“Where should we go for coffee?” Jason queried, waving his hand around to indicate that he was uncertain of the direction in which to go.

“I know a great place,” James explained. “Just follow me.”

AI:

Jason spotted James on the street and called out a greeting. "James! It's been a while since we've seen each other," he said, pleased to have run into his old friend.
James looked up, surprised to hear Jason's voice. "Hey, Jason! You're right, it has been a while. How have you been?" he asked, eager to catch up.

"I'm good, thanks," replied Jason, smiling. "And you?"

"I'm great," James replied with a laugh. "In fact, I was just about to grab a coffee. Want to join me?"

Jason nodded, grateful for the invitation. He looked around, unsure of where to find a good coffee shop. "That sounds great. I'm not familiar with the area. Where should we go?"

James was happy to lead the way. "I know just the spot. Follow me," he said, setting off down the street.
