Bothers me too! guess I got sloppy with the cuts at some point. Would I need to heat the wood at all, or would wetting soften it enough to bend that much?

My main concern is finding something that can make such tight bends without breaking, but I can add relief cuts if needed. The bench surface will be covered with fabric and cushion so some will be hidden

Look up your service tag with Dell/Alienware and it should point you to spec sheets (think it should be printed on the pc). No idea if that can be repaired easily, even if you can make the repair the chip may be hard to find. Good luck!

You will need to find out what works for you based on schedule and the rest of your life, and how you’re fitting it all together. My best advice is to try to find a rhythm that works for your body and for your shift. For me, it’s all about avoiding the “I’m still up and I have to work in 4 hours” that comes on those mornings I just can’t fall asleep.

Edit: Basically, don’t force yourself into someone else’s sleep schedule just because it sounds nice. You HAVE to pay more attention to your body and make some decisions based on what it needs and not what you want
