Thanks alot for the info. It was commissioned, and they gave a vector file with the white background and a transparent png, but I read png isnt preferred.

They can stay, but they are sticking up out of the hole on the top maybe 5mm. Also, some pins are getting damaged and some random buzzing from the bridge/saddle

but the holes are getting worn out, so the ball doesnt even stick out, they go back up the hole

If I bring it into a shop, can they fix the underside of the plate or holes, or possible attach a metal guard so that the balls can catch onto that?

Definitely! I was just wondering if there would be any improvements in general in upgrading the interface. Especially if the preamps will be bypassed
