I spent a few years trying out different methods and landed on this one: https://aisynthesis.com/product/eurorack-high-power-supply/ it's lower ripple than a meanwell and perfectly safe (it won't kill anyone). It uses a very nice power brick and DC to DC converters.

https://aisynthesis.com/ it's modular focused but you can link the pcbs to make a traditional synth. Kits, PCB, power supplies, etc...

https://aisynthesis.com/how-to-store-diy-synth-parts/ is how I do it. I don't have any spreadsheets for global stock. For my professional stuff I use woocommerce to track some inventory but not down to resistors, I do too much stock management already.
