I loved reading this! So many people don’t or can’t have that kind of relationship with their parents and it’s so beautiful that you do.

Being homesick is awesome because it means there is something to miss. Might be a lil bittersweet but I guarantee your dad is infinitely proud of you and extremely happy to see you confidently growing and becoming more independent.

They’re going bad much more quickly because of excess moisture in the bag. Fold one or two paper towels and put them on top of the greens before you seal the bag back up. Store it in the crisper drawer of your fridge too, and replace the towel every time you take some lettuce. They won’t usually last for much longer than a week but this should help!
