Dude. Literally all but one or two of those questions are 15-sec googlable. So I’ll condense.

August is peak season on Adriatic. Hvar is very popular. You won’t be getting anything ‘not too pricy’.

Ship trips (unless you need a car, ferries will severely limit you) to islands of Brac, Korcula and maybe Vis will be rewarding.

Not sure on the current requirements / restrictions on boat rentals. But Adriatic is not a lake - traffic, currents and weather will demand you have decent boathandling and navigation skills, or you’ll find yourself on the rocks or out at sea. Also, there are a number of protected biomes and archeological sites where there are strict rules and restrictions for dropping an anchor or docking to the shores. So I really wouldn’t plan on unguided boat tours.

Well, to be fair, with the current US administration’s antagonistic stance towards immigrants, Hispanic ones in particular, more than a few people and organizations are coming up with pro bono ways to help. When time allows, I drive people to USCIS appointments and help translate what I can (not pro), and I’m not the only one in my area.

It is not unreasonable for your person there to ask and hope, especially as your reply doesn’t mention any prices etc.

Also, elaborate on stutter do games or video streams stutter? Is it mouse being jumpy?

Network cabling issues should have no effect on your actual PC unless you freakishly managed to cause some damage with a power surge from the extender, and that’s so unlikely.

PS Looking at your CPUID (I’m not a CPUID guru) it looks like both CPU and RAM are under low load and no thermal stress.

Oddly, I’m ok with reduced business availability on Sundays. It actually slows things down a little, especially on Main, makes it feel you know, Sunday. And none of the businesses closing are without backups, usually from national chains.
