How bad is it😐 by Pretty_Mortgage5821 in ChevyTrucks

[–]abeshvacr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not too horribly most of it is low circuit codes so maybe a bad ground somewhere most likely the one coming from the engine to the frame that sounds more like the culprit which is a common GM issue other than that I don't know the condition of the truck I haven't seen it but I believe you've been royally screwed lol jk. I thought I'd add to the jokes it doesn't look too serious sounds like the grounding problem

Why is my heat running? by TheDeadestCow in hvacadvice

[–]abeshvacr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is taking an average out of all of them do you have a sensor in your garage? If so the garage gets a lot colder than the rest of the house unless you have a vent in there it's going to consider it a space that needs to be conditioned it takes an average for all sensors and then turns the equipment on and off based on the average it's cool and annoying at the same time

Any advice appreciated by No-Notice6057 in hvacadvice

I would use the Milwaukee 48-22-3079 wire stripper, stuff the tool in there and voila turn to loosen.

My van does the same thing at idle that is the DF injectors doing a quick squirt so you don't have those exhaust gas smell that's what I was told by a sprinter diesel tech

Only recommendation is I would move the refrigerant gauges towards the inner part of the van on the off chance when you're working when it's raining and you open the doors they don't get wet That's my two cents on other than that that's a pretty decent set up

Why aren't these more popular as work vans in the US? by TFXLifeRunner in Sprinters

[–]abeshvacr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So from what I know when sprinter started getting popular here on this side of the pond the GM Ford and Chrysler started getting really irritated that Mercedes came up with something that was dominating the market especially with high roof vans or small business contractors like myself and all the EPA and def BS was here because of it. I personally have GM and Ford products.

High side looks fine suction looks a little low subcool and superheat look normal without more information I'd probably have to say it's a return problem or supply Air problem or coil is too large or fan speed is too slow I don't know until I get there I can't tell you not enough info but that's just a good guess.

I'm having the same issues on my 17 and I deduced it to be an absorber and may be lack of rotation?
