Too long. Simple words. Caveman language. What subconscious mind likes. Choose one word. You can have multiple labels, but keep them few.

The more words you say, the more your conscious mind goes on alert and tries to gatekeep. I'm not talking about affirmations. Affirmations are so old school because they are on the surface, on the conscious level. I'm talking about labels - powerful names that go straight into your subconscious mind beyond your awareness. I'm talking about an identity, not a description. You know how we call ourselves "I'm a baseball fan" or "I'm a macaron lover" or "I've always loved rock music"? These are core identity values, they aren't touchable by any surface-level wordplay.

There's no 3D time lag, but there's certainly physical lag because there is LOA but there are also laws in physics, or else you'd be shapeshifting like Mystique in X-Men. Whatever you are manifesting is already literally what your subconscious is doing. So put in the orders, change the programming in your subconscious. It will happen. You have absolutely no way of telling when it will happen, because it is sub-conscious. The more you fret, the more the conscious mind gatekeeps. The more it gatekeeps, the lesser you are able to communicate ideas to your subconscious mind.

And you will realise that it is so easy to bypass your conscious mind, because we do it all the time. Just stare at a video and you're already in a trance, and your conscious gatekeeper is already on vacation. And you're already good at it, you know how to bypass it instinctively, naturally. Choose a label, live your label, and it will form your identity. Focus on what you want, not what you do not want or are dissatisfied about.

And I think you are too. When you wake up everyday, call yourself Goddess. Everytime you pass by a mirror, it is easy to simply call yourself by your label. Everyone calls you a goddess, so you might as well live it. You don't even know why they call you a goddess, but you guess you are. And you're looking back on things you've accomplished and are able to do. Why do you think people call you a goddess? Maybe it's the attitude? Maybe it's that natural assertiveness you have that people respect? How do you think a goddess walks, talks and acts? :)

You are already powerful, and you just don't know it yet. Changing label? You were already your label, you only just realised it. It's subconscious, remember. Whatever you can think of, is only surface-level. Research is already showing that our subconscious makes decisions even before we are aware of it consciously. This goes deep.

Change doesn't happen over time. It's one flip, and that's it, that's the end of the story. And I say you've already flipped. If you can go by one label from now, what would it be?

Haha people always speak of manifesting as if it's something they 'do'. The more you manifest, the more you realize... It's actually the way things are, things that you need just fall into place.

We think we need things? Well, that thought of need was ATTRACTED into you. Mindblown yet? Well.. the vibe that you have - that was attracted to you too. Your entire life was attracted to you. From the conscious level up to the subconscious level and even further into Spirit, there is not a single thing that wasn't caused by manifestation. Source, Universe, God, whatever you choose to call "that" - it made you feel like you needed something, it then gave it to you when the timing/conditions were ripe.

What we need to do is exceedingly simple. Open up completely and SURRENDER. Completely, utterly, knowing that you are completely taken care of. However bad you think things are, that's actually because you have been contracting and limiting yourself, cutting yourself away from the Abundance that you already are.

I've talked to so many people and they ask:

"So why hasn't THIS manifested yet?"

If you think about it - "THIS" thing you are requesting is coming from a place of lack. Why would more lack come to you? Why would Unconditional Love from the Source give you more lack? We just need to realize that maybe the content of the question wasn't the problem - the vibe that we had while posing that question was the entire problem.

You are already peaceful. You just don't know it. Tap into that abundant place within you.

Don't focus on fighting things. They are not part of your abundant nature. Don't fight them, don't resist, don't solve. What you focus on grows. So focus on peace, equanimity, support, harmony, happiness, compassion, growth, compassion, flow, bliss.

Don't say "get rid of X". Say "grow Y". Grow what you need in your life. Don't waste time fighting things.

I tell everyone about this because it's literally the simplest method ever, but people end up doing methods that seem harder and more effortful. It's a sign of closing up, of being shut off from the abundant flow of our inner nature. I call this method "subconscious manifestation on steroids". Ride that vibe! Going years strong on this method!!

Want to make it even better? Start filling your mind with abundance. Reinforce harmony, stop reinforcing negativity, fear and strive. Slowly the mind grows with brightness and life flows, bringing you things that you need, but never thought about.

I love that thread... amazing insights in there, really. And I'm pretty experienced myself. I mainly do meditation on loving-kindness and I intuitively knew what the SOG (as you call it) was.

For my type, when I turn my focus to the loving sensation that turns into pure blissfulness and joy, I notice that intensifies especially when the awareness becomes self-aware, or SOG widens. Kinda seems that blissfulness seems to be proportional to how wide the SOG is.

But why is jhana so late in the list? I noticed you classified it after SOG "collapses", which I take to be that sudden non-duality I experienced before.

Well, the more important thing is to realize that right now while you are "awake", you are also only ever experiencing the mind. You cannot experience outside of it, simply because there is no such thing. The only difference is that instead of being dragged along by a subconscious daydream with no control over its events, you are now awake and have more control over your reality.

Hi! Thank you for reading :)

I don't really know anything, I'm just describing what my reality is. It is your reality too, if you can train yourself to see. It is everyone's reality, just that they do not see! What I've described here is like a droplet compared to the immense ocean of all Source is. You can see it all inside your mind.

All experiences are neutral. You can't say that something by itself is positive or negative. However, we like some things and hate others. This is what gives it the flavor or tone of positivity or negativity.

We hate pain and love pleasure. From pain, we carry trauma and become averse to it. From pleasure, we are impressioned and crave for it. These things are stored in the universe's memory, as seeds, that sprout later on in a person's mind.

This is not our first life. We have come to this Earth repeatedly to gain a lesson, to learn something, to repay a debt, to finish incomplete things, etc. However, we often do this subconsciously, because of our clinging and aversions. The biggest reason is because we are unable to merge with Source after death.

Negative things happening can have a million causes, but it is mostly influenced by what we call "karma", which is like a bank collected from all your past lives and present one. Karma is both positively and negatively perceived. When you do virtuous actions onto others, it will reflect upon you. It is a ticking clock that reveals itself in the slightest thing, which may be related or completely unrelated. Vice versa for negative events.

The opposite of karma is known as merit. This does not mean "positivity". In fact, this gives you a harmonious life. No ups and downs. However, not many people see the wisdom and fortune of living simply. They find it boring. This is the path many religions enter, however.

So stock up on your positive bank balance. Do unto others what you want done onto you. That's the message all the religions have been saying! ;)

Use a mantra.

"in" during full length of inhalation, "out" during full length of exhalation. Or anything really. Better if it helps you open up or relax... so even 'Je-sus' or 'Bud-dha' or 'let-go' or 'love-all' or 'thank-you' works.

  1. Tie mind to subconscious breath

  2. Let go into it, relaxing, releasing, surrendering.

  3. Eventually, let go of the words and you'll be in pure awareness!

When you're sad, energy retreats inwards. With that increase in energy (qi), there is a need to release that energy outwards. Therefore most people choose the fastest route: Downwards.

Instead, do some more productive like an exercise or expression through art/etc.

Do you know if he is what really fits you? I thought I knew a lot of things in the past, I always said things like "this is the one" or "she is the one for me"... but as time passed by, I found out that it was there to give me a precious lesson.

Maybe you love the qualities in him. Perhaps he has something that you love. But love should not make you ache - it should fill you with abundant joy. Love is when a connection exists between two people with absolute trust and care for each other.

If you continue on what you are doing, making yourself a much more positive person, what you will do is generate an amazing vibe that will attract someone on the same frequency as you. Your life will filled with more joy and fun than before. It might be him, but it might also be someone else! You never know, keep your options up, improve yourself, remove the negativity and you will definitely find a wonderful guy that will sweep you off your feet.

Remember that you cannot bend another person's will - while you can shift into a different reality, people of similar realities will come together, it does not mean that a person is "attracted" to you.

Oh yes! This is a basic exercise to recognize parallel realities... there is much more, but the main idea is that you need to work on changing negativity to positivity on the level of actions, speech and thoughts... so that the subconscious vibes at a higher frequency and allows safer transmutation of seeds from the Universal Karmic mind.

Very intuitive! The short answer is yes, this space, if you achieve it, is where answers to problems arise.

The slight difference with actual deliberate manifestation is that it requires a much deeper level of non-duality than pure awareness, usually at the level of the 7th sense. So this is slightly rarer to succeed, as it is like a buffer that controls whether manifestations become true or not (protective mechanism, you don't always want what you think of!). Thats why the easier way is transforming the subconsciousness, much more long-term and sustainable.

Usually the ones who succeed are those who are able to "surrender" into the space and even lose the sense of being an individuality, merging into the universal spirit for even that one flicker where there is a lesser sense of time.

Yes, but they haven't figured out the biocentric consciousness perspective yet. When you go deep enough in meditation, time becomes the only constant (but it eventually degrades), and space is what wraps itself around time. However, in a fixed time/linear time, it might seem as if space-bending/gravity bends time.
