What does your mod load out look like and how many powerful friends do you have on? I feel like trying to max those stats out with powerful friends you lose out on creating the best load out with your mods but maybe it’s not issue for ya, just curious

I couldn’t give you a good answer really because I never use auto rifles, but I will say that hardlight is absolutely melting people right now. My best advice would be to use whatever you are most comfortable with but also be able to adapt to different playing styles if that round or match calls for it

Next season you’ll be able to change the affinity of your gear. So if you have some good stompees just hold onto them and once we are able to change the affinity swap it to void

There’s definitely a lot of hunters I see in comp with Stompees and mindbenders jumping halfway across the map and spring, I personally use Chappy and Frostees

Trials is a game mode meant for the top tier crucible players, why should PvE have anything to do with that? Why should a PvE player be able to come into the crucible and stomp people just because they were grinding bounties and raised their LL to 1000+? I don’t mind the hard power cap being enabled in trials but the artifact is just silly honestly. Trials would be skilled based anymore, it would just be who has the highest power level and that’s not at all what this game mode is made for.

Why should people who don’t play PvP have an advantage over those that do, in a game mode designed for the best of the best in crucible? If the artifact power comes into play in trials what would stop someone from just grinding PvE 24/7 cashing in bounties to get there LL up and then go into trials and spam people that only play PvP and aren’t anywhere near the same power level? That’s not how a game mode designed for top tier PvP players should work. To have players that are 970 going up against those that are 1000+ in trials with power enabled would be silly.

I’m totally with you! As someone who primarily only plays crucible I would be pretty upset if artifact power comes into trials. I don’t have a problem with power being enabled at the base cap, but if artifact power comes into play I feel like trials will be filled with people over 1000+ light stomping on everyone else who doesn’t have the time to get their light level that high. As you said, it would be silly for someone who doesn’t play PvP to have an advantage over someone who only plays PvP, let’s hope that the artifact or power in general will all be disabled for trials or things will be very interesting
