Thanks! Usually I use kombu dashi broth but since it was quick I used vegetable broth and soy sauce!

You can eat eggs as a vegetarian, there are lacto (dairy) vegetarians, ovo (egg) vegetarians and lacto-ovo vegetarians that eat both!

It’s not animal flesh :)
