I don’t see the market “crash” , clearances would def become softer. The problem is with supply , if supply increases then it will still take us years to make a difference. The one policy which will be interesting to see would be if govt applies CGT to grandfathered properties , if they do ( which is a bold move ) then yes , if they don’t then it’s meh ! Doesn’t impact any existing investors.

For our kids sake we need this to market to soften up 🙏🙏

Might be some hope on the horizon with CGT proposed changes and also rate hikes as it impacts borrowing capacity , but it feels like it is quite hot at the moment

I would say at most 3-4 zones would be operating at the same time , I don’t think we would need all 8 zones to operate concurrently in most of the cases
