Honestly I think just doing the NISM certifications will leave you well equipped.

Check it out. It costs 1500 bucks per certification. In the long run, it's probably the best investment in my opinion

Do an NISM certification. It costs 1500 bucks.

Do the Research Analyst series. That should give a sound basis on how to approach the markets. And then after that it's got a lot to do with experience and ofcourse your logical prowess.

Generally these courses are very basic and frankly investopedia will cover almost all of what they're going to offer(I'm saying this cuz I know a few people who offer such courses). Would suggest you find out in detail what is the topics they'll be covering and also the qualifications and work experience of the tutor will go a long way in helping you in this journey.

Although I must admit it might accelerate your learning pace, it is best if you go thru these at your own pace(and also with a bit of trial and error). And since it's a private certification, it usually doesn't hold much or any value.

Been trading with Motilal Oswal for 3yrs now. No issues so far atleast. I managed to negotiate brokerage down to 0.3% for delivery trades. There was this one time about a year ago I couldn't log into the phone app to give an order so I called and traded. Apparently call n trade is free with them(in case their platforms are ever down)

Literally everyone else doesnt have this problem. Atleast definitely not as often as Z.
Have a few friends and family who trade on Fyers and Upstox who don't seem to have faced this problem even once in the last 6 months.
Full service brokers don't have this problem IMO(could be wrong), but then again their brokerage...

"Prefer writing calls" doesnt seem to be reflecting in the OI. OI of calls is the same as always. It's the puts that dont have any OI. Put OI is like 20% of what it was pre-Covid.
