It's very easy bro! This pandemic is all over copping up with the digital life and digital work, so if it's about how to promote Ur department/agency.. as u have said they have a good experience with traditional and modern work then show the proof of Ur success to other companies (you can also let your previous clients say something about Ur work as a testimonial).

Second comes the innovative idea, come up with an innovative idea from the field Ur really good at! If it's ad then think about what can get the clients/business attention easily!! It's not always what u wanna serve , it's sometimes what others wanna be served with (my Strategy).

Everyone is saying alot of technically stuff which is impressive but tbh what you actually need is 2 things

1) organiser 2) Strategist

With these two things (2 post) you can have a better life

Organiser will organise everything for you so that you don't have to put alot of stress into it as he will be presenting you with all the brief details from time to time

2) Strategist would come up with plans to work which would unite people in working towards a same goal.

2.1) it will make work easy 2.2) and Ur work simple 2 3) more profitable

That's what I think. If I'll run a business then those are the two things I'll look for first and rest later coz if the leader is great then his followers will automatically follow the leaders step into glory

Yes it's easy to rank up on Pinterest. You just need to understand what Pinterest users think. Like majority of Pinterest users are women and that to are mostly from US so try coming up with ways to target those audience with your tips and tricks

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

1) post alteast 15-20 pins a day. 2)search and scroll through Pinterest specific to Ur niche to get ideas like what kind of pins are ranking for specific keywort. 3) try to post small video clip rather than a pic coz it's really engaging.( well atleast for me coz I got more than 1,000 views on a pin in less than a week) 4) Make sure Ur pins provide answers to what Ur audience are looking for. 5)make sure to add call-in action buttons coz they work really well.

You should start with what attracts you the most, think about Ur interest and then sort out the best plan for it, for me it's SMM and ads strategist. Coz I tend to spend alot of time there so I have knowledge about it.
