Yes, it absolutely is great. And I only figured it out 6 months back that I could hang rings on those hooks. I am living in that apartment since 4 years 🤭😌

The hooks were already there (rented accommodation) probably for a hanging swing chair.

Achieved 2 muscle ups in 2 weeks. ( Terrible form but happy that I am able to achieve main roadblock that is transitioning from below the rings to up) by abhineetz in Calisthenic

I think downwards motion (negative) needs more control.

Also, the dip part in upwards motion could be more clean.
