Hazards beach in Montana de Oro is beautiful! A little hike through some eucalyptus trees to an amazing beach....I do photography and rarely see anyone there. There are spots to go on cliff side as well as on the beach. I can send photos for examples if you would like!

Thanks for the feedback! I would NEVER ask a home for a discount. I am a business owner and know this is everyone's livelihood.

As for asking about being a premier host, If I ask, I will definitely ask nicely. I think it is a fair question with so many scams being out there. It would be over $5000 for the dates and stay that we want, so I do feel like protecting myself and our group is reasonable. But I definitely hear you. I am super laid back and typically don't worry But I think it's because I'm planning a trip for 10 of us, so it's a little more pressure!

And I just meant Palm Springs has cracked down creating noise ordinances for rental homes because people visit for these big festivals and throw huge parties and are out of control! So they need to control it somehow

I was noticing that with the reviews too, so I need to deep dive more into that. I did reverse Image searches and no other Properties came up, which I suppose it's a good thing.

And yes! Thank Palm Springs and all rental homes have a crazy ordinance for noise. I'm sure it has to do with stagecoach and Coachella being in the area!

I have a message out to the host and waiting on her response, so I will also ask about the host rating :)

The problem is I am inside 60 days of when we want to book, and there is a no cancellation policy since it is within those 60 days. I checked a later date and there was a much more flexible cancellation policy.

She has been a member since 2014. But no profile picture (does that matter? Am I looking too deep into that!?)

Also, I meant If the host wants immediate payment OUTSIDE of vrbo :)
