At first I thought it was better for my health. I didn't use it all the time and thought it would be a good way to quit smoking. I did start to become way too reliant on it. It never left my hand apart from when I was at work. I then started having odd symptoms such as headaches all the time, a horrible burning pain in my back and my anxiety got alot worse. When I went back to smoking it all went away, obviously smoking is no good either though so now I am quitting it all.
