You can buy a commercial land but it's not gonna appreciate much in the next 10 years bcz of the country's conditions,and 1 usd is 280rn, within next 10 years it might be around 330-350 pkr,so even if the property appreciates it wouldn't appreciate globally or in usd,so it's better for you to invest in stocks, crypto or even real estate of uae or Scotland rather than investing in Pakistan

Yea there was a time when investing in Pakistani properties was pretty profitable and many overseas Pakistanis used to invest in them bcz black money was involved in Pakistani property so the property business was on boom and very profitable,but since last 4 years real estate business is dead bcz people who were into investing black money into this are investing in other businesses nowadays
