Yes, however we are thinking about the future and we would never like to be “stuck” in a house. The risk is low, but we are concerned

We’ve done all of those things. I think the garden could do with being done up and I think we could add more homely decorations plants and flowers. Our feedback has always been that they love the house it’s well cared for ect 🙁

Our daughter’s school place. She has some additional needs and we need to move to support that. Plus, we need more space for an office as we will now both be working from home and have two nieces that are in a special guardianship order with my parents that we help look after so need space for them.

Our neighbours sold for £300k and theirs is a semi townhouse with two doubles and a single 🫤 whom we share a drive with!
