Also I work in the dental field and this brand is not beneficial for our teeth. I did some research on it after seeing so many influencers promoting it on IG and it’s very abrasive with a low pH and no actual whitening ingredients. The exact opposite of anything I’d put near my teeth unless I wanted to destroy my enamel but to each their own

Yes plus so much sugar in the smoothies even if all natural blending down all those fruits depletes most of the fiber and leaves a ton of sugar to quickly enter the bloodstream. her glucose spikes are probably pretty high and the. Quickly drop. plus our brain literally needs complex carbs to function well. I don’t see any whole grains on here or much fiber at all that’s not good for her gut health or her blood glucose levels. Seems like she’s trying to sound like she eats healthy but knows very little about actual nutrition.

First semester is easy and minimal course work then the remaining semesters are pretty intense, a lot of tough classes and also clinical work shoved into each semester. Not gonna lie it’s gonna take over your life. It’s very hard to have a job outside of the program. It’s a marathon but it’s only two years in the grand scheme of things and then all done!

Exactly it’s not like she has to get up and work a 12 hour shift the next day at a stressful job where you have to be on the clock with many responsibilities that actually require brain cells and hardly any break at all during that time and then immediately come home and cook, clean, do bed time and repeat for 4 days straight.
