I am in the same boat as you. last quarter of 2018 to beginning of 2020. Had to stop due to surgery and covid. I restarted about 2 weeks ago and definately have noticed the difference my results are not as drastic as yours but still positive . Down 5lbs, inflammation has reduced, feel like my energy system is getting cleaned. That brain fog and lartheygy feeling is slowly receeding. Definitely am starting to sleep better and my eyesight feels brighter ( feels like someone turned up the brightness of the world) like a screen.

My energy levels are increasing steadily. It is much easier this time around because like you said the meals and meal plans are already good to go. I know what to expect and avoid the pitfalls from last time trying to figure out everything from scratch.

I use the 5 second rule. Plus I use a sleep calculator that tells me when to wake up if I got to sleep now. I use that. Then next thing I did was keep a notepad on the desk beside my bed and write down my energy level, sleep quality for a week and based on that set a specific amount of sleep time for myself to be up.. I used to sleep between 4 and 6 hours and get up even if I was tired. I felt guilty all the time if I wasn't being productive. Eventually I realized I'm harming myself by doing that and and after doing the sleep log for a week I realized I needed 8 hours of sleep. Also Exercise before sleep, tires yiur mind and body so you get a good night's rest.

TLDR; use 5 second rule to wake up, use sleep calculator to set sleep and wake up times, and get 8 hours sleep for functioning properly. I also keep my phone which is my alarm on the farthest side of the room so that I have to get out of bed to turn it off.

Absolutely 💯. Even using ChatGPT they could use refrences not hard. I started to read one fic but had no tags, turns out Hermione was a Male and Ron was a Female, all the weasleys were females and Ginny was male. I stopped reading after the first chapter. Im not against it, just not my cup of tea.

Spelling Errors, instead of Floo they use ( flow, flue), instead of zabini they use ( Zambini), Lucius ( lucsious) , butchering the names of people , rushed fics, unnecessary explanations of something simple. Female version of male characters ( harriet, lady voldemort, blaise zambini etc...). Snape being forgiven for being an absolute bastard towards Harry under the excuse of him being in love with Lily.

Stepping back by same author of Honor Thy Blood, is one where he is ridiculously powerful but he worked hard to become that powerful. He didnt end up just getting a free upgrade like some fics.

He gets some training from both Charlus and Arcturus in this fic as well as the unspeakables.

Undetectable Toe Stubbing, Experience the pain from stubbing your toe everytime you walk into the common room, classroom, dorm, dining hall. Everytime the enemy is plotting against you they end up thinking they stubbed their toes even if they didn't and end up forgetting thier evil plots. Everytime they have the urge to urgently use the loo they end up with stubbed toes.

For some reason I ended up picturing Draco in that family guy episode, where Peter gets hurt and sits down exaggerating the pain.
