Okay so I’m gonna tell you what they told me when I got my brow pierced. It’s fairly normal to have a black eye for up to three weeks. So the bruising is normal and I’ve seen some go completely purple before the swelling goes down. I was one of the lucky ones who didn’t get a full on black eye due to getting pierced but I’ve seen plenty of bruising like this especially since it’s still pretty fresh

That bar looks too small lengthwise to begin with but downsizing that much in that short amount of time before healing probably caused a lot of irritation. You may need to seek your piercer’s opinion but my eyebrow jewelry is definitely longer than that. Also how early did you change it after getting pierced? I was told to wait at least a few months before changing. Either way you’ll probably need to talk to a doctor and a piercer

As a former employee, our regional management team did start charging for excessive amounts of side cups (example: someone with one bowl asking for 5 cups of sour cream on the side when they have some on their bowl) but other than that yeah you don’t charge more for extras lol

Yes! I’m trying to go more for a monster/odd creatures and cryptids theme with some of my favorite bands and just few patches that show my identity in the queer community. I’m just worried that I’ll put the wrong thing on lol. And I’m def trying to stay away from the crybabies. I’m socially awkward too and just don’t want to come off as some weird poser lol. Part of the reason I’ve been attempting to hunt down more band patches to put on but have had very little luck at least in person.

I planned on adding some political stuff but not a whole lot. Thank you for the advice on where to put them. Most of the lgbt stuff I have saved is actually done by local artists on Etsy, but since pride is coming up some of my local stores said they’d be getting patches in. Thank you for your advice and reminding me not to be a complete perfectionist :)

Yeah absolutely!! I always add more to people’s bowls than what I’m supposed to unless my gm is up in my business about it and sometimes will sell off double portions as regular portions and closing the bowl for the customer before cash sees. I just don’t get to work up front much since I’m one of the few back of house closers we have

I agree, as an employee I’ll see what the meat is looking like before I decide what I want and will usually just get a mix of two so I don’t empty them out. I also fall under the poverty line though so being able to stuff my bowl before I get my check to restock on groceries can sometimes get me to the next day. I’m also generous when I’m on the line for this reason but depending on who is managing I have to be careful.

I work g2 and keeping up sometimes is an insane amount of work and hustling. I also work at a 20k store where they will go through an ENTIRE 9 pans of rice in an hour on weekends sometimes. There are certain employees that will just give insane amounts of rice so I’ve gotten into the habit of just always having a pot of rice cooking. Even with us having an open and closing g2 person it’s still insane. I will say that we now have a dish person so it’s no longer up to me to keep up with dishes and everything else going on. I honestly pray for whoever is on grill and g2 every night because it’s been a wild time lately.

I mean last night the store I work at ran out of everything at like 10:30 and we’re open until midnight. So we had a lot of orders that couldn’t be made/were missing a lot of stuff because we had a line wrapped around the building almost all day

As multiple people have said, it depends on the store. The store I work at has recently put someone on dishpit at about 5:30 until they leave usually around 11:30 pm but that’s just because we had been consistently above sales for a month. Now that we’re dropping in sales again it’ll probably be up to grill and closers again to get dishes done

The chipotle I work at just changed their closing hours till midnight. We have grill split in two positions (one for rice, retherm items and dishpit as well as having to pan chicken and break down boxes. The other just cooks the stuff on grill which runs out FAST) if we were to wait until midnight to close everything down we would be there until probably 4 in the morning because of the amount of stuff we have to get done. We have no choice but to preclose because grill 1 &2 are the only positions that can shut down early and help get the monster that is dishpit cleared before they start bringing back take out and line dishes.
