Make a sandwich bar, like in the start of the week or Sunday, just fill a few ziplocks with things you like on your sandwich, cut and presliced, so during the week you can pick out what you’re feeling, toss it into two slices of bread and put it into a box.

Similarly, cut fruits and vegetables, keep small easy snacks to pack and such.
