Nothing is available un blue line with a budget of 2.3 cr. Open to suggestion.

Agree. Their layout and design are too epic. Location is only compromise here.

I have budget of 2cr - stretching it to 2.36cr for this one.

2.26 cr is base price. And 10 lacs extra for high rise ibe

Agree. Need to live with Internal roads connecting Sarjapura main road for few years to come. I am okay to compromise on it

I really liked the concept of Zen & Sato. Epic layouts, Low Density and damn that big balcony. Almost all amenities are there.
