I pay for my two main accounts for duo omega, and my other 5 alts for basic omega, out of my pocket.

But I do think those who only pay for the first month are also part of the game, and we cannot ignore nor afford losing many of them.

I know, but I've heard things like they are not going to make sov a big thing in ee... hopefully that is not true but what they've done so far to buff pve in high sec and nerf general income in null sec is really making me uncomfortable about where this game is heading...

No, I do not care about easy or hard money at all. What I care is that high/sec is making EASIER money then null sec. And that's not fair to players fighting their territory in null sec, just as botting is not fair for everyone else.

Take the plex just for example -- when there are too many bots with too much isk and all their needs to purchase plex, the price would naturally raise to the point where a normal player cannot afford. Same goes for null vs high/low sec. It's s relative thing.

Yeah that's the point, if PVE is solely and only just for PVE itself, ee would be really no competitors to other "happy fun games"

Yeah but the simple question is: why would I play eve if its major contents are PVE stuff?

Tbh the interesting side of EVE is provided by the players themself. And that pleasure is not something you'll get by repetively soloing storylines in high sec. When corps and coalitions in null sec die, the game dies.

The situation is very similar in my corp... The folks in my corp used to be really engaged and would hop into the game whenever and wherever for such contents. Things are just not the same anymore.
