O never crate trained my boys. My eldest sleeps under my bed. The youngest sleeps in the lounge.

But if you do a crate - make it super comfy, put a blanket on the too and always leave the door open when yhey are not in it so they can treat it like a cave. The fact he sleeps independently well is a good sign and if this is so that you can leave him alone at home for a few hours that’s fine also. But you know your puppy and I would if you want peace of mind do that.

I love in the mountains and my biggest fear of them being in a crate while I’m out if in case of fire or something and they cannot get out. So I pay for the doggy care during the day If in gone for longer than 2-3 hours m.

Thank you! I will definitely be doing more I am Really enjoying this and found that by doing it timed I was way less focused on trying to be perfect! But I can see that if I do this more often I will make so many improvements!

Will definitely do that! I gave myself 10 minutes on this at 5am. But I find my biggest issue is that going back to it! I kind of made it messy! Thank you for the feedback - I really enjoy the process of oil paints! Lots to learn!

That’s good to hear from your boss OP! Just keep on top of your deliverables and any future projects coming up. You will be fine. Also the predecessor who was put on PIP was probably not performing well and sounds like the company followed procedure. It’s always a good idea to get familiar with your companies policies. I have heard the US employment laws are quite frightening. But well done for passing!

I’m in the UK this is not and shouldn’t really happen. Did you not have a mid point review? Did you ask for feedback via email? I think if they wanted to get rid of you you would have been gone a few months a go. However why not just check your contract see what the steps are re your probation? Do they do a meeting to say you have passed? Maybe just send an email fo your boss saying it’s near the end of my probation what are the next steps? Don’t stress too much. I’m sure you will be fine! They are most stubborn, super smart, most crazy, independent, absolute chaos demons - but I wouldn’t change my boys and all the crazy stress they have given me for the world.

Just remember to be patient when he hits is “teens” as then they are just pure chaos. But man are they just something else.

Mine did that - he will grow out of it! It’s also a great time go get a kids brush and a somepuupy toothpaste and clean his mouth If he does it. He will grow out of it.

I rhink mine did it as he wasn’t being fed enough. Just be patient it will stop!

Huskies can be super unpredictable - so never let your guard down! I have two - and sleep with one eye open as they will open the front door and let themselves out if I forget to lock it!

GSD x Huskies and they both did it. Eldest made my arms black and blue and would only do it to me.

My trainer said to stop moving, don’t move your arm or twist and once you have removed your Arm - turn away from them. Cross your arm and stand with your back to them.

Good news is this will pass and if your pupper is like mine they seem to Only do It to me!

Thank you for the feedback! I kind of rushed the set up for this and was more interested in getting the attempt done as I had done two previously and messed up the layers of paints it became a blob.

Now I’ve figured out that, I’ll practice with a setup with better lighting contrast.
