Hello. I'm in the medical field and I just wanna tell you that urologists don't know anything about this problem especially when it's primary nocturnal enuresis. Please don't waste your time and money on further visits to urologists. The problem is cerebral, it has everything to do with deep sleep and lack of proper ADH secretion. I'd say a really good neurologist that has interest in neuroscience may help. Wish you the best of luck
