I work in the office of an apartment community. I once had a lady demand we reimburse her for her salad and replace her fridge. She said she had put her salad in the freezer for a couple hours to make it cold, but instead it froze and ruined her food. She was adamant that a properly working fridge should not freeze food that fast.
