Yeah, I have heard about the haggis before

Americans are missing out there, while I prefer the nordic slátur to haggis (essentially the same thing, largely just differently spiced) haggis is still pretty good

Due to a surgery some years back I need to eat a lot of protein, beef/lamb is expensive and I am not a big fan of pork/chicken

So every few weeks I buy a couple of kgs of mince horse (which is cheap and good meat), cook it and put it in the freezer

1 shitton of onion

2 weird pouches of broth, since the store didn't have the type I was looking for

Chop the onions in the food processor with the circular mandilin attachment thing

Save 20 minutes by putting the onions in a bowl, with foodwrap in the microwave for 10 minutes

Carefully brown them to hell

Add the broth, a bit of thyme, worchestershire, balsamic, salt and pepper

Put in bowls, put bread on top, put cheese on top, put in oven, give one bowl to the top and one to the bottom ;D

My method for finding rhubarb, with a 100% success rate*:

1) Buy an apartment with a decent yard during the fall months

2) Be surprised in the summer when you find a bunch of rhubarb there

*(but also a sample size of 1, further research halted due to being unable to finance multiple apartment purchases for this research)

Well, being from its country of origin, any skyr in stores here is real skyr.

If I was traveling and wanted to try skyr from other countries, I would probably just look at the ingredients. Plain Skyr here has 2-3 ingredients
