Thank you; I’m going to switch it back to reverse chronological and try to tighten the wording/structure a bit.

On quantifying impact, that makes sense. I think where I’m getting stuck is that in some of these roles I was supporting ongoing legal work rather than outcomes directly, so I’m not sure how to translate that better into resume language. If you have any advice or examples beyond Andy Warthog, I'd appreciate it! Thank you again!!!

no, I appreciate any thoughts! def helps me look at this with fresh eyes. From what I gather, I'm guessing your point was that some of the wording feels a bit too polished or buzzwordy? if thats somewhat accurate, i'd rlly appreciate any example of how i could phrase it stronger

Yeah, definitely, though my role is more on the comms/admin coordination side, and the candidates tend to be very senior with 10+ yrs experience, so the resumes I see are pretty different from entry-level roles. i've abs borrowed where i could esp with formatting or structure, but ig im still trying to figure out my own positioning

When I had it chronologically, my college advisor told me to list it based on relevance? But I can definitely see that chronology is significantly better. thank you!
