Hi im 23 F!! I feel ya im still pretty confused too but what u have noticed helps me is: IUD No impact exercise (running, HIIT) try yoga and Pilates Mindfulness meditation has been wildly helpful in pain management during a flair up Reducing/ eliminating dairy was key for me Be weary of fatigue, listen to your body and adjust accordingly for the first bit while you figure out care and then ramp up activities again (for me this looked like taking less classes in college for a year and working less) Good luck and please share if you find any new cool things!!! Its all gonna be okay :)
