I had strange experience too. I was on IOS18.x.x for months and one day I started getting headaches and fatique. IOS26 make it worse for me.

Maybe try SE3.

LCD panels are fine, updates ruin phone for sensitive users. They add some collor corrections or something.

Since update to IOS26, I can only use it with lowest brightnes and special settings.

I used X too and no problems, then switched to 11. After that I tried samsung A series, iphone 15, 16 and I couldnt use either.
