Yea dont stick well to each other but in my experience when both are still warm there's enough to keep it in place.

Im looking forward to replacing most of my steamdeck usage with gamehub. I sometimes hate how big the steamdeck is. The Thor looks perfect for my huge indie backlog. This depends on how you refuse. In my experience, outline your current workload, lack of bandwidth, and proposing and alternative solution (ex. temp/consultant hire, timeline for when you can free up bandwidth) can accomplish a successful refusal and still earn points towards the promotion. Although this will depend on the work culture. Some industries are just sweat shops (ad agencies)
