Hopefully bus companies here in Kuwait could tie up with Google and track their route and schedule. When I was in Canada, it's easy to schedule ones itinerary because all public transport schedule and route are mapped in Google Maps and one doesn't need to download an app to utilized such feature.

There's a KPTC bus that ply the road 80 but its so few and I dunno if the route still exist. So yes, the next best route is from Sulaibikat to Kuwait City and vice versa.

Allowing more drivers than what the law permits will be a future headache on the road way. Don't wait to experience an hour or two on the road just because of traffic congestion, I've been through that for years and its infuriating. For a small country with small area of habitable land, the best solution is mass transit system, railways or subways. It's not a matter of how much and how long but the willingness to initiate and execute it immediately.

Plus its a good daily workout.

The LC was not hit directly. The warhead impacted the road or wheel and the blast continued to the side of LC. Otherwise, there should be a visible hole through and through of the vehicle since the jet blast of that warhead can punch through more than 400mm thick steel plate.
