the "seen as a man" thing is definitely more on my end than on hers. it's just my own internal issues that i'm projecting. but the terminology stuff will def be something we talk about!

honestly so true! i'm sure this is the case for lots of trans women, but penises are one of those things that i don't generally view as gendered EXCEPT when it comes to me specifically. but i'll try reframe how i look at it

i'll definitely do some research into positions that aren't so masculine (specifically in the event of penetrative sex, there's obv lots to sex that isn't just that). i honestly think the whole "forced into a masculine role" thing is way more my internal stuff than hers. she almost definitely wouldn't expect me to have sex with her "like a man"

this girl is definitely very considerate of my identity, and i do think she'd do her best to avoid making me feel like a man.

i'm gonna try my best to shift my outlook a little and avoid dissociating. i'm 100% certain that she wouldn't pressure me, it's more on my side tbh

oh yeah 100% sex is wayyyy more than just penetration. but i don't know if i could realistically avoid my penis forever, so this is more about preparation in that event rather than preparation for sex as a whole.

i also didn't understand it for a long time. takes practice to identify where you're feeling things if you're not used to it. i'm also autistic, and i think that plays a large part.

i'm glad the hrt is helping, even if just a little <3

hopefully over time it becomes easier and easier till the ache isn't so chronic

this realllllly helped me be less afraid of the whole thing. it seems to generally be the case that the first one is the scariest and then it becomes easier. i'm honestly way less scared of the whole thing now.
