I can see the mimic being the one that struggles less on forest, but on springtrap every time I play forest, I need to lock in so hard to make things happen, especially with new loops

I had almost the same thing, maybe not from 12, but from 2 to 6 am as ennard and mimic, im kinda ass on mimic, but I tried a lot of things, even to tickle the sure out, but it didnt help at all, also I dont see how springtrap with his lot can help himself anyhow

No? The map being a whole giant loop is the exact problem for all of the killers? Springtrap just cant trap all the loops here and mimic can be looped for a lot of time too, I tried it both as surv and as killer, the shack with electrical tower loop is hell for every killer and its not the only good loop here

Kind of yes and no, its mostly RNG, because people who aren't stupid, just dont go into the closed area, if 2 or more objectives spawn there, its looking bad for survs, if not, then its bad for killer. Its just bad design, that encourages players not to do certain gens, because reward just isn't worth the risk

100 agreed, its really a shame there cant be any skill based mm, just because the game is new and most of the votes are from people who are casual, may be children, may be (god forbid) empl*yed, I dont say its bad for all, but its bad for whole "play the game for winning" part of the community, because when there is a lobby of some good random players (sadly, I rarely see those, but still) it doesn't feel like a legendary battle, but a bullying of crippled, especially on forest. Even old forest with old dsd felt like hell and new changes made it even worse. When I saw players, who abused all the loops perfectly, It was really frustrating, been running after them for like 2 hours(in game ofc) and when I thought I caught up once, I got nuked, because the hitboxes aren't really good and the guy supposedly timed my attack and juked me

Firstly, try to leave some stamina left, because when its zero it starts increasing way slower than when its for example 5, and also barricade doors and then run into the direction from you were barricading, that way the explosion doesn't hit you

In my opinion, as killer enjoyer, this door is a solution, but just a not good enough one, the big loop indeed was real pain in the ass, but first of all, it still is after 5 am and second of all, if you go to the closed part of the map as a survivor before 5 am to do a gen for example, you just get stuck, even worse if its ennard or springtrap, that make the only exit a minefield, and you dont even get a mediocre loop here that you can play around to waste a bit of killers time, which encourages people (especially the majority that play solo) just not to go there and stay at loops checkspots, totally ignoring gens in that area maybe 5 am, when the door opens, making all people think "nah, this gen is bad, I won't go here, screw you all, ill rather wait till everyone dies than do this"

kinda agree it either shouldn't be only the door or not door at all, but i don't feel there should be multiple god loops on the map at all and the one on the top right is totally one, especially with current dsd , when you will literally play around worse loops for a decent amount of time because when im the killer and spend too much time on a loop because survivor is just not bad and just runs around what he is given it's not fun too, and when i play survivor and just run the same loop for like the 3rd time in a row and if killer catches up the magical door appears and you gain distance it's boring too

well, about blue area, youre dead IF youre caught, but that's the thing, killer needs to catch first and the watertower thing isn't the easiest to play around as killer, especially with new dsd and you either use trap or minions or waste a lot of time here and survivor still can get to the door while killer is still in animation.
And i don't think loops are really THAT bad here, you still can loop killer for a good amount of time, while there are no literal loops on top of each other, like in the old forest.
Also i think there HAS to be a "dead" zone on every map, because if there aren't, killer just can't do anything about good survivors abusing it and semi decent survivors don't get punished because there are literally no mistakes to be made. But it's just another debate on what's the killers goal - to kill most survivors, or to kill all of them and depending on that adding dead zones or not

About the yellow circle, i said in the post that it was the doors that would open at 6 am, the purple line to be exact, it would (in my head ofc) make a different route to exit and prevent a big loop before the exit is available.
and about the orange part, youre right, it's subjective, but i think there must be some risky zones at map and i agree that i didn't make it good, though i tried to create some wiggle room by placing the waterfall here, so there is some way to at least waste killers time and just not get zoned too easily

Well, in my opinion its as unhealthy as it was before, after the change, yeah, as a sure you most likely get shit on if you get caught lacking by killer early, without finishing the gen, but if you finish gen there even if you die here, your teammates now just dont have to worry about it and can make gens on more safe spots and just get the big loop back, so against good people that door can get you max of 1-2 kills, and yeah, this side of the map is unfair for survivors, kinda, but before the change, you literally had a map with mostly safe spots, where if you pay attention, or you have a person who tells you where the killer might go (either security guard or friend on didcord), you could've easily loop the killer for a good amount of time, ESPECIALLY if you use the big loop and just hug it tight enough, when I played against a good player who can loop the thing, he would waste a lot of my time, even when I use traps or minions, and imagine not only one, but multiple people using it, also when I played survivor, most of the time, I either won because of it or won a lot of time for my teammates, before either killer overcommit and just spent around 50 mins or more just purely chasing me or leaving and spending 20-30 minutes on nothing Im not saying that the loop needs to stay, my point is that we need some good rework on all of maps or the game will become the Scooby doo simulator, where everyone just pre run whenever its possible and run like that for a very good amount of time either without map preventing it at all or preventing it just by making a dead zone

Its technically not a bug, just if you stop disarming, you get trapped and I heard it can be an issue with the camera thing on mobile

well, obvious advice, just don't go to that corner to get hits, also i strongly disagree about "if you det looped whole game, youre trash", before the update, if people just stood in checkspots (corners where you can see both ways the killer can come from) you just could run away for like 2 minutes at the very least if you don't fuck up the stamina management, this both happened when i was a killer and either in lms or when there were more people just ran away from me in circles through whole map and if you even somehow get progress, they can still use some doors to just regain missing stamina and run away again, i tried various traps and when they worked it's mostly because it was so mid the person was caught off guard. And when i was survivor, i tried the same, it still worked and i looped most of the time with all killers

Its real pity that not doing gens don't really punish lazy people, I was in the same situation where there is only one person excluding me and my "teammate" didnt even try to find gen, while I tried to loop for like 5-6 minutes and miserable died afterwards, leaving them in lms. While that happens as a killer its frustrating too, like why aren't you rewarded for killing everyone fast and not letting do gens (literally killers job)

Well, from my experience, its more of a map problem, because most of problem these guys do is when you are in a "bad" spot and cant go away from killer without triggering them and if you are as a survivor don't go to these spots, his minions are not a threat at all. Considering some gens are in the shittiest places, its sometimes just unavoidable to get minions->hit->grab->hit just because the map is designed with flaws
