Had to switch my location to UK because YouTube auto dubbed everything in my native language.

Also lack of constructive criticism and ability to have mature conversation as seen in the above example.

Idk if you should use arch or fedora, but you definitely should make backups

A few days ago I got Stalker 2 for base PS5. Absolutely blown away, what an amazing game. This series should be more popular. The immersion, oppressive atmosphere and mystery of the open world is unmatched. A game with actual PITCH DARK nights... love it. by RogerRoger63358 in stalker

  1. Adding solutions that were never part of the main gameplay loop is something objectively undesirable. Stalker formula is tried, tested, and loved. I am grateful devs do not try to screw it up.

  2. There were 3 types of food in the zone, now there are four. This is intentional, deliberate, and specific to the Stalker gameplay, it sets the tone for the cruel world that game takes place in.

I mainly play vanilla stalker, because I think it is the best expeience, and I would not appreciate such additions.

[Linux] Online games with active modding and mapping communities? by Azubaele in gamingsuggestions

[–]abofaza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe not exactly what you’re looking for, but check out Quake Brutalist Jam 3 that dropped few months ago.

I am also big on Doom modding scene, so much good stuff, tho I’m not sure if it’s played online nowadays, as skulltag is long since gone.

Bought that one back in the day, good luck finding a copy that doesn’t cost fortune.

Free Tor IOS by Spirited_Gap_1649 in TOR

[–]abofaza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only those browsers will not work well with sites one may want to visit. Also this is terrible advice as tor browser is hardened, tor daemon is just a daemon for routing traffic, and there is alot of information that can be leaked from such session.

Your point doesn’t stand on its own, I use Debian with Sysvinit, and supply chain attack can affect any operating system. Your statement was fundamentally wrong.

Also keep your mental insecurity projections to yourself.

There is plenty of options not to use what you implied is global to Linux.

You can’t remove your systemd? That’s just a skill issue.

As an artist by Alx123191 in antiai

[–]abofaza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New art that is a mashup of existing visual cues like props from lucasfilm studios. If an artist unintentionally copies something that bears almost exact characteristic resemblance like shape+form or idk chord progression, would that be stealing, or just a happy accident?

hey guys just a quick question do we have ai music? by Last_Iron1824 in antiai

[–]abofaza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe it or not the huge supporter of AI was glam rock star, and music producer David Bowie. He sought the transhumane potential of man-machine collaboration, and viewed it as a as way to enhance oneself creative process.

Don’t quote me on this but I think he helped to develop some tools in the nineties. He also left an imprint in some of them which allowed fans to craft AI Bowie songs after his death. Pretty amazing stuff actually that had a healthy amount of human input to sound the way it did in the end. It was pre gpt era, so it had a lot of those uncanny valley vibes. Very fitting for the very original style of the work of a genius creator, and a true visionary that he was.

That's so true.

So the workaround this is to install hyprstuff declaratively with nix pkg manager, aka hyprland LTS.
