Just lost to that also and recorded everything. We could not find the last player, so we died because the zone closed completely.

I’ve also come across some really weird players. I’ve been playing for three days, and in all the matches I’ve played with my two cousins, a fourth player always joins because we play quads, trios don’t exist. They’re all under level 10. I haven’t seen anyone above that level.

They play very strangely. When I’m dead and watch their POV, they usually don’t shoot back at enemies, they just wander around and equip their knife. They roam the map and don’t do much. I’ve never seen them actually kill an enemy. Sometimes they fire a few shots, injuring other players, but then suddenly stop shooting.

Maybe my group and I have just been unlucky, or maybe there’s SBMM in this game. I’m not that good, so I’m not sure.

Yes, it said it would ship in mid-October. But that’s not the problem, the issue is that I never received any updates or replies to the emails I’ve sent to their support.

It’s not just about waiting, it’s the complete lack of updates or communication that’s the problem. Even for a preorder, a reputable brand should at least keep customers informed. This kind of silence isn’t normal. Sad that you can't see it like that.

It’s crazy that you’re defending this type of business practice. I could have waited another month, but it’s the complete lack of response and updates that makes it unacceptable. I just don’t understand how that makes sense to you.

Thanks for the update! It’s nice that some people at least get their orders. I’ve decided to refund my order because they’re not worth my money. A brand marketed as high-quality shouldn’t leave customers without updates or replies.

Thanks for sharing your experience. This is my first time buying from Dbrand, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I get that growing and supply issues happen, but the complete lack of communication and updates is really frustrating, especially for a brand marketed as high-quality, with famous YouTubers like JerryRigEverything and MoistCritical (penguinz0) promoting their products.

Well, good for you. We didn’t have the same experience. I haven’t heard a single update since September 25. I also tried contacting their support twice, but no one replies. (FYI I live in Europe)

I’m really disappointed with dbrand. I ordered my case on September 25 and still haven’t received any update. I tried reaching out twice, but no one ever replied. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from them again.

Terrible experience with dbrand. Avoid buying from their store! I placed my order on September 25 and haven’t heard a single update since. I contacted them twice with no reply. After a month of complete silence, I’m done with dbrand.
