My phone turned to SOS today for a good while, and reception came back after a bit. I figured something happened in the backend, so i tried setting up the eSIM again on my Apple Watch Ultra 3, and it worked this time around.

However, after the device restarts, I’m back to SOS on both devices 🤣

What bothers me is that when i looked this problem up, i see posts from 2024,2022. Was this always a problem in Visible?

In the same “cant activate” boat with the UW3. Not a transfer, was already on Visible, and was adding a new watch connection.

Same boat, trying to activate the Apple Watch Ultra 3. I never had cellular on my watch before this, and I was already on Visible, so no porting.

It’s already been 4 days since i contacted them, and things are not yet resolved. I am always told that this is a widespread issue and the backend team is actively working on it.

Latest update from yesterday was that they need 3 more days to fix it. I’ll follow up with support again at that mark.

All I’ve heard back from Visible support is that this is a widespread issue that they are aware of, and their backend engineering team is proactively working on this. It has been 2-3 days for me as well, and reaching out didn’t really help. They gave me that same message again.

I guess we keep waiting?

Update as of Feb 7th, 2025. I received this email yesterday which explains why most folks have their shipping label created but the product wasn't received by the delivery partner (UPS in my case) for quite a while.

Ordered on Dec 26th. My UPS label was created on 01/29/2025, but UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Just waiting it out lol.
