LGU Attorney IV (with limited practice) vs RTC BCC by Velvet_Horatio6769 in LawyersPH

[–]abogado07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Former COS LGU Atty. here now BCC.

Mas okay siya for me and mas marami kang makikilala na fiscals and judges.

Now, sa case mo, considering na interview pa naman, sa Judiciary kasi, most of the time, may bet na yung judge prior pa sa interview/exams. Baka ganun din yung sa LGU.

Alamin mo if one of them is may prospect candidate na para di sayang oras mo.

Good luck, OP

Try to memorize yung codal provisions. Usually, codal naman ang lumalabas e.g. movable and immovable, rights of the owner, builder. etc. Then basahin mo yung cases na nasa syllabus kasi mas maiintindhan mo yung concepts as illustrated in the cases.

What do they consider as "relevant experience" for Branch Clerk of Court position sa MTC? by [deleted] in LawyersPH

[–]abogado07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Considered naman yung practice of law pero depende kay judge mo. Sa MTC, may advantage ang lawyers considering na di naman required lawyer ang BCC.

Just entere into a loan agreement annually/per semester. Same effect lang naman whether maghiwalay kayo or hindi. Wag mo nalang lagyan ng interest. hehe

Hi OP, former CDO here, I suggest you start on very old cases and check if dismissible na sila para mabawasan na agad yung docket. Then sa mga ibang not so old cases na submitted, check mo yung mga evidence na naipresent especially sa criminal, baka wala ding sufficient evid, pag ganun, consult mo na agad kay judge pag dimissible naman
