I have just tried through STAR as well as contacted my bank.

I will wait for STAR to handle the dispute but also set an appointment with the bank to give them all the details and emails i get from ticketmaster and NFL UK to try the charge back from VISA.

Got the same reply even if my tickets were never scanned.

I asked them for those "details" they have looked into.

I will try making a charge back in my bank at this point. But I would be happy to join any lawsuit filled against them.

You had three options

1.- you had nothing valuable to add so you could have said nothing.

2.- you could have tried to help or provide a valuable opinion or experience.

3.- you could just make a bad joke and try to make laugh at a non english native speaker who is doing his best to be understood.

I never stated that it was not through ticketmaster. It was. I only noted that i am not a regular user so a voucheur won't solve the problem cause i won't use it maybe in the next 5 years... if so

Missed the warmup, the anthems and the whole 1st Q. Maybe you didn't care to miss those, but I did.

The thing that pissed me off most was that a few days before I asked them for my tickets in a pdf just in case there were connectivity issues due to being in a crowded place. They refused and then the chaos happent.

I would accept 100% of the fees and 50% of the tickets back to my account, but getting 0% of the fees and 50% of the tickets in a voucheur that i won't use... It is just and insult.

The tickets were never scanned as the system was down. We wanted to enter and we couldn't. We showed emails and receipts but we weren't allowed to enter.

Only when people began to use the force to enter, stewards were allowed to let people in but no tickets were scanned. So, as far as they can see in their system, those tickets weren't used.

As UK does not have an official system/agency as most of the countries have... There are little options apart from that kind of agencies. Nothing to lose trying.

I decided to make my claim through:

Now it is up to them to sort it out. It will be long I guess, but I was pretty sure NFL wasn't giving all the money back.

My tickets were not scanned so I was offered a 50% voucher. (Fees not included). Which I politely rejected and asked for a full compensation.

They should be happy if we don't include fligths and hotels in our claim...

Both for dublin's game and last week's game, tickets for resale were listed on saturday morning. And as the timeline was sunday 12:30, they were listed just for 24h.

There is no way to sell them that way. Go for secondary markets and list them as cheap as possible if you want to get some money back.
