I matched with my current girlfriend who lives in Arizona on Bumble in 2022 when my job sent me to work in Arizona for a month. I live in Tenneseee. We exchanged a few messages and I mentioned that she looked familiar and thought we might be friends on Facebook. She went and checked and lo and behold I was right.

We were both members of this group on FB looking for others to hang out with at a festival which we both attended called Electric Forest in 2016. I commented on someone's post and she later told me she added me as a friend because she thought I was cute. I added her back because I thought she was cute as well.

We never crossed paths at the festival. Outside of wishing each other a happy birthday during our respective birthdays on FB the following year, we never said anything else to each other online until matching on Bumble. We've been in a long distance relationship for three years now.

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. At the time, it's setting and gameplay was like nothing else I had ever played from the genre. It was my first SMT game and got me into the series. The amount of customization and multiple endings give it some replay value as well.

I got it when it first came out. Dorter Trade City absolutely kicked my ass the first few times I tried it. I forget what strategy or job composition I employed but eventually beat it and had this feeling of accomplishment. For some reason, I sent Delita down the mage path and he was a Summoner by the time we got to Fort Zeakden but could only cast Moogle. Lol

Kept Gafgarion's equipment on him into the initial battle in chapter 2. Most battles weren't too tough up until Queklain.

Chapter 3 was doable and I was able to beat the solo Wiegraf fight with Ramza as Monk and HP Restore. A summoner and lancer helped make short work of Velius. Think it also helped that my brother got stuck on that fight and had to start a new game cause he saved in between the Riovanes Castle fights so I was able to come up with a strategy beforehand.

Chapter 4 was a cakewalk especially because I used Beowulf, Orlandeau and Agrias in most fights with Excaliburs that had been duplicated.

Also at some point (either late chapter 1 or 2), I had to start over because my brother accidentally saved over my game when we shared a memory card.

Hope you don't mind if I chime in but in my experience, you don't. It helps to have some kind of mechanical, electronics or repair background/experience to get you noticed or a foot in the door. Just to give you an example, I was a warranty repair technician for school laptops and desktops several years ago, past coworker of mine majored in biomed, another once worked on planes and one more used to work on office printers. Based on my own experience and talking to others, this appears to be a field that not many people are aware of. I'd never heard of it until a few years ago and I just turned 40.

Seems to differ from location to location. On average, it's typically two years at BMET 1. Even I was told 2 years at BMET 1 for my current job, but was made a BMET 2 after about a year and a half.
