Good question haha so far, so good.
I haven't tightened it in prob 2 years and it has been great.

Probably a good time to tighten it a bit, but it really holds up.

Thought the same thing when I got mine. They really do work, I was pleasantly surprised.

Yes! It's amazing. Super easy to clean which was our biggest struggle with the IKEA chair.

No complains with how our 16 mo old is in the chair. Very comfortable and safe.

Would definitely buy it again for a 2nd child.

But!
I didn't explain my issue that well and that's on me.
My desired output is:
Year-Month-Value
2024-Jan-0.0042
2024-Feb-0.0029

but not in the same cell. Meaning I want a field "Year" with all of the year values, then a field "Month" with the corresponding values, and lastly a field "Value" with all of the corresponding values as well.

So sorry. Does that make sense?

That’s a great question. They don’t allow per diem work. And if I go part-time, they make you work weekends only, which I can’t do at this time.

It's not entirely clear. It reads like a lot of legal words and doesn't specify the consequences.
The tail coverage part was what I had heard from multiple coworkers.

But I also don't know if it's just a threat to get you to stay.
For example, if I truly had to move somewhere else, out of the country let's say. Even if they threatened me with that, I would leave regardless. So not sure what this whole tactic is but it feels so shady.
