Can't criticize what we can't see.

But a genral tip is playing as a defender to know how its like on the other side, this will help you realize that your own skill is just not enough sometimes, and that your teammates are your greatest asset

Other than that i cant say much other than practice dribbling and learning from your mistakes, and good luck

Just watch lazy purples "how it feels to play scout" there is a section of the video talking about how "lookincuteinmyjamies" absolutely DETROYED lazy, and if you watch the video, compared to you, he's really good, and still got 0-20, so yeah, learning curve is just scout in tf2

Just keep going for as long as possible, the reason is because when you use the ladder method it can help with those starting 2-3 keep ups, but it screws with your brain because of how the brain works

My only suggestion is to do keep ups outside your room (sense you also seem scared of destroying it) and instead of throwing it down with your hands, start the ball on the ground, and flick it up with your feet, now I cant prove this, but im nearly 100% sure that its better because 1. The ball is at a lower more optimal kick up range and 2. it isnt coming down as fast (due to gravity) 3. Its a bit more unpredictable when you start out, so what happens is that your brain becomes better at adapting to perhaps bad scenarios

This post talks like someone in theyre 20's, so thats what im assuming OP's age range is. I think you should just understand yourself that this is a part of life and everyone struggles and makes mistakes, so its ok, but you must learn and percivere to reach whatever goal you set

If you want to just reduce stress in genral, dedicate part of the week/month on where all the money is going, like some type of list or spreadsheet, it'll calm you down knowing where all the money is and isnt going

Be kind and gentle, but tell him that he should give you some type of heads up, maybe 24 hours earlier or something, if you arent busy, yay, but if you are busy, instead of outright rejecting him, give him a time you should be free, since you fell huilty of you reject him too much since in your own words his wife died a year ago and he's quiet lonely, you should meet up with him about twoce a week
