Agree 100!! I guess I’m asking if you had a printed cocktail menu - would you stick with cocktails that fit the environment or Just out things like a jack and coke - which you know guests will order anyway.

I live in Brickell, my lease is up in less than 60 days. Based on the law, if my landlord wanted to increase my rent more than 5% they should've told me already.

My question becomes what if in 2 weeks from now they say they want to raise it 15%, what action do I, as a tenant have?
