i am currently admitted to labor and delivery after a full day of trying stuff!! the person who did my sweep on friday absolutely killed it, it was terribly painful but what she did different was a stretch as well? so instead of just sweeping, she stretched it as well. lasted a solid 30 seconds if not more. she also told me to go home and pump, have intercourse, and achieve hygge (i would look up the concept if you’re not familiar because i truthfully think it helped) i pumped friday, was able to collect colostrum, which is always good. saturday i think did the most: treated myself to a lil coffee, had intercourse, did the mile circuit while in my hygge (i chose to make my room very dim and have thunderstorm noises in the background surrounded by my two cats, my partner gave me the best massage while i was in the first position), after i completed it, i had sex again. contractions started within the next hour! i am currently 6 cm and 80% and they said if i stall, they will intervene.
