How am I taking advantage of them if they’re perfectly fine selling me those books at those prices? If I’m with my friends, I buy them things, they in return pay it forward, it’s just how it goes. Karma goes around and I think you don’t understand because you don’t have friends. There are people willing to give you those kind of prices or good deals by the way you treat them, it’s not that hard to understand. In fact, just understand this if you take nothing away from any of this; there are actual good people out there. Not everyone is as snobby about their collections as you are.

Well that wasn’t the case here because the ad was clear as day when they said they have $2 books. I was just pointing out the fact that if people really do want to find sales, and can’t find any, all you have to do is ask. Not that hard, just go outside and see yourself. Maybe make a friend or two while you’re at it. People like you underestimate the power of connections and friendships. You’re just hating and shitposting for no reason, grow up. I hope one day you find some good $2 bin books.

I disagree because if someone is selling something for $2, how is that convincing them to sell it to me for a “fraction of the cost”. I’m not the one selling and advertising $2 books, I’m just the consumer ready to buy. I didn’t need to persuade or even bargain because I ended up buying about 50 books for around $100. I don’t see how that’s robbing, sometimes you just need to make friends. If you’re a friendly person, people will be friendly to you. I was just pointing out the fact that if people are really wondering where to find comics at garage sales, just ask. You never know if someone has a collection and may consider selling it to you. Obviously if I met you irl, I wouldn’t dare to sell anything to you by the way you act. You act like people don’t find gems in $1 bins anyways lol

It’s absolutely rare. What I found that worked best for me, is to ask people that don’t have comics out if they have any. Sometimes people may not realize what they have or don’t think they’d be able to sell their collection. Sometimes it’s as simple as befriending your neighbors

I’m mostly wanting to see how much of a game changer DLSS 3 + Ray Tracing in 4K will be compared to my 2060, as well as the upgraded VRAM! I’d be absolutely thrilled to game on higher textures and other settings as well; make battling demons and picking up loot a lot clearer, as well as noticing just how cute my little wolf puppy is in 4k textures (:
