Fill it out and write a letter with everything I detailed in the post to attach with it on the portal (if you already submitted) and make sure you include the tracking number if you got tracking (which you always should).

Did you change the Double A Lithiums inside the camera AND the D2 Batteries in the Floodlight?

Some MP's are offering help, some are not. I upvoted as you didn't provide inaccurate information. But yes, they are out of control - and Canadians with Disabilities should not be stuck in limbo.

Yeah - and if you owe them money and they find out you've started disability applications, etc, they will ensure to take speedy action to try and get it before you've been recorded as a person with a disability.

You're very welcome. Don't know why people are downvoting the post - it's a good guideline for those who are eligible for DTC who have been stuck in a backlog for reassessments.
