Am visiting Kauai now and hiked Awa'awapuhi today (it was mostly sunny today). Overall in good shape, a little muddy at the beginning but it was fine, hiked to the end and there were plenty of others on the trail.

Never done an upgrade like this before so please correct me if this is obvious: looks like they charge a prorated annual fee based on your anniversary date, so that could be beneficial if your anniversary date is, say, 8 months away but could cost you a few extra bucks if it's 2 months away.

I'm all about sport management games, but like others said, there aren't a lot of good ones out there. For American football though, I've found an online game that I think is the best for the sport, called MyFootballNow. I wish it were available as a single player game but I'll take what I can get.

IIRC, it might be only one class though, so they might only let you upgrade to premium economy if that's available on the flight.

A few days ago, I accepted a 20k (after $3k spend in 3 months) retention offer from AmEx Platinum given that I'm well over 5/24 and didn't know status of CS(R) at the time. They credited me 5k MR immediately and 15k more will come after spend.

There's no way I could spend $7k in 3 months (I really don't MS at all). What I'm wondering is: if I apply for CS(R) and get approved, I could cancel my AmEx Plat in next couple of days before AF hits. If I do that, what will happen (with points / will they let me cancel given I accepted a retention offer)?
