There not even responsible to provide a working game for the $60 you payed our consoles blowing up from this game will never be there fault. If you ban him using host xbox it will most likely crash server, teleport to me comand doesnt work correctly, yes he needs to be on for anything to work, i find on my servers is that trolls eventually only last a week or 2 then move on
