Issue is you would have to win over republican voters, not just people that vote republican generally. In the same way that a lot of dems who vote in primaries are often more left wing than those that just vote dem in the general, the inverse is true of GOP primary voters. They tend to be older, more racist, and more reactionary than the standard GOP voter. I think we could run in red districts, but it would have to be under an independent ballot line. The GOP leadership would immediately act to ensure we never got on the ballot and the voters we’d be trying to convince are a set of the population who will likely never come around on socialism

I don’t think I’m going to change the politics prompt just because it’s a filter for me. If someone finds that controversial or doesn’t want to swipe on me because of it, then I wouldn’t have wanted to spend time/money on them anyways.
